Pre-Photo Day Planning

Our team will work closely with your school to ensure a smooth and efficient photo day. This includes developing a detailed schedule, coordinating logistics, and communicating clearly with parents and guardians.

Professional Equipment

We utilize top-of-the-line cameras, lenses, and accessories to ensure crisp, high-resolution images that showcase the character of the student.

Photo Day Coverage

We will photograph the entire student body, faculty, and staff while maintaining a comfortable, organized, and student-friendly environment.

Online Gallery

Each family will receive a private, password-protected online gallery to view and purchase images securely and conveniently.

Quick Turnaround

Private galleries are typically available within 5–7 business days after photo day. Families may choose direct-to-home shipping or bulk delivery to the school for easy distribution.

Sales and Delivery Process:
- School will provide parent email addresses and phone numbers (if available) via spreadsheet prior to photo day.
- Image Art Studio will photograph all students regardless of ordering status.
- Private online galleries will be emailed to families within 5-7 business days after photo day.
- Portrait orders will be processed through our secure website and packed by homeroom for easy school distribution.
- Coupons and incentives will be sent following photo day to encourage participation and maximize school rebate.
