Customers will receive a link to their private gallery via email 10–12 days after photo day where they can view or order their photos.

Photo orders will be shipped directly to the customer or bulk-delivered to the school/organization if arranged. Shipping or school delivery options will be confirmed during ordering. 

We offer standard professional retouching including color and exposure correction, sharpening, and minor skin/blemish smoothing to produce polished portraits suitable for school, sports, corporate, and event images. Higher-level or specific retouch requests (extensive skin work or advanced edits) can be added to your order (if offered) for an extra cost.

Pre-order is only required for individual sports photos, not for schools. School photos may require pre-registration for photo day. Please check your school communications prior to photo day.

Retake days are offered for school photos only and will be held at your school.

We will work with the school/league to either reschedule your photo day or move photos indoors if the weather prevents outdoor portraits on that day.

Team photos are printed and sold on-site, only individual photos (if taken) are sold online.

• What does my High School senior portrait sitting fee include?

  • Your sitting fee includes a personal appointment for your senior graduation portraits. It also includes all your images professionally retouched and edited for the yearbook and for purchase. Our studio also provides a tuxedo jacket or drape, if needed, as well as your school's graduation cap and gown to be photographed in.​​

• Where do I go for my High School senior portrait session?

  • Senior portraits are taken in our studio, by appointment only, unless your school has requested in-school photography.

• Will I have the opportunity for retakes?

  • Yes. Retakes are available for a $25 fee and are taken in our studio.​

  • You will have access to both your original session and retake images in your online gallery.
