Image Art Studio Privacy Policy

At Mylee Studio, Inc. d/b/a Image Art Studio, we take the privacy and security of student images and personal information seriously. By allowing us to photograph your student, create an account, and/or provide a telephone number, you consent to receive communications related to your photo order. These may include reminders, notifications, or updates delivered via phone call or text message to the number provided, as well as any number associated with your household or your child’s records.

 

Communications may be sent using automated dialing systems, prerecorded or automated messages, and may be delivered by or on behalf of Image Art Studio and the contracted school. Message and data rates may apply.

 

Image Art Studio complies with all applicable privacy laws and regulations, including the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) (20 U.S.C. § 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99), which protects the confidentiality of student education records, as well as the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

• Student information, including parent or guardian contact details, is never sold, rented, leased, or shared with third parties.

   

• Data is used exclusively to communicate with families regarding school-contracted photography services.

   

• Families may opt out of communications at any time.
