How Our Sales System Works
Pre -Order Requirement

We ask that you (the league) send out a pre-order link to parents/guardians 10–12 days prior to photo day.​

The parent/guardian must place a pre-order to enable their athlete to pose for an individual photo.

The pre-order amount is $15, which guarantees that player to pose for an individual photo, and gets applied to their order during the checkout process
Ordering on Photo Day

If a parent/guardian misses the pre-order deadline or prefers to order in person, they can do so on photo day at our sales table.

Please note: a $5 labor charge will be added to the $15 pre-order price for any on-the-spot orders, making it $20 total. Therefore, it's best to pre-order to avoid this additional fee.
Team Photos

Every athlete will be included in the team photo, regardless of whether they pre-order a package or not. No pre-order is required for the team photo.

A separate link will be sent for team photo only orders after photo day
Post - Photo Day Process

After the photo session, the images will be posted online within 10-12 days.

Pre-order customers will receive a private link via email or text, where they can complete their order and view their individual photos.

The $15 pre-order will be applied as a deposit toward their final order online.
This process is entirely paperless, seamless, and has been highly appreciated by all of our customers.

Our team will work closely with the league to understand your (and our) requirements, develop an efficient schedule, and communicate all necessary pre-order/instruction links to the parents and guardians.

We understand the importance of timely delivery. You can expect prompt delivery of private online galleries emailed within 10-12 days after photo day. Individual orders will be shipped directly home, or bulk delivery to the league for distribution can be discussed.
